René Holm

René Holm is professor in pharmaceutics at the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Pharmacy at SDU. His research focuses on pharmaceutical formulation and physical pharmacy, with particular emphasis on long-acting depot formulations and their use in the treatment of chronic diseases and long-term therapies. Before joining SDU in 2021, René Holm worked in the pharmaceutical industry, most recently at Janssen in Belgium, where he was responsible for the development of all non-solid dosage forms, i.e. everything other than tablets.
