The expertise in this panel spans food science and nutrition, human microbiome studies, and animal and veterinary sciences. Thus, specialised projects within one of these research areas, as well as interdisciplinary projects combining several should be evaluated by this panel. Expertise is available for evaluation of projects based on wet lab experiments, bioinformatics analysis of available data, or a combination of both.
