New requirement for applicants with residence in Denmark

All applicants with residence in Denmark must in future provide their CPR number in order to be able to apply for funds from Independent Research Fund Denmark.

Independent Research Fund Denmark requires that applicants with residence in Denmark have a social security number in order to apply for the various instruments. This means that in order to apply for the fund's instruments, the applicant's user profile must be created with NemID or MitID.

How you ensure that your user profile meets the new requirement

Applicants who already have a user profile in e-grant can log into e-grant and the system will automatically notify you if the user profile does not meet the necessary requirements.

If your user profile does not have a CPR number associated with it, please follow the instructions in the guide in the link below:

New applicants who do not already have a user profile in e-grant just need to follow the instructions and will automatically be asked to enter their CPR number as part of the application process.
