Please note: New time for the Q&A session. Independent Research Fund Denmark will participate in a workshop on Arctic research of the Danish Realm (Arctic Science in Action), which takes place in Torshavn. As part of the workshop, the fund will host a Q&A session on the fund’s thematic call for proposals on Arctic research. It will be possible to participate in the Q&A session online.

The Q&A session takes place Tuesday 13 May at 05.30pm-06.30pm (17.30-18.30, Danish time), that is at 04.30pm-05.30pm local time (16:30-17.30, Faroese time) and at 02.30pm-03.30pm (14.30-15-30), Greenlandic time).
The Q&A session will be held in English.
The content of the Q&A session is expected to consist of an introduction to the theme of Arctic research, as described in the call for proposals, including the specific requirements that apply to your application. Afterwards, there will be time for questions from participants at the workshop as well as from online participants.
The fund makes certain reservations that changes of the workshop’s programme can occur, which may affect the Q&A session. Similarly, certain reservations are made in relation to technical problem that might hinder online participation. If changes are made to the Q&A session, it will be announced on the fund’s website.

Participation in the Q&A session is free of charge and does not require registration. The Q&A session will not be recorded. After the Q&A session, the Power Point slides will be made available on the fund’s website for a limited period.
